Serge
Essomo is a Business Consultant and co-founded of Fortify
Analytics Ltd with a common passion to contribute in the
provision of development and growth solutions to Businesses
and Government agencies in Africa. He holds a Master
of Science degree in Resource Management from the
Brandenburg University of Technology, Germany, in the field
of Renewable Energy System and Energy Economics and has over
the year built extensive experience working at corporate
level with energy product manufacturers and service
industries in Ireland, Germany and Cameroon. His background
has grown to include responsibilities for executive
leadership, production management, engineering, and program
development for divers industries. His executive experience
spans a variety of industries including IT development,
energy, customer and professional services, education and
research, finance and non-profit.
In his more than 15 years of experience, he has proved to be an avid entrepreneur as he is responsible for providing a strategic direction to the company with his innovative approach. He is continuously working to achieve the best and to build pioneering solutions for clients in the human resource domain. He has also been instrumental in conceptualising Fortify Analytics Ltd which is diversified in realms such as Corporate Social Responsibility, IT Solutions, Real Estate, Mining & Minerals, Skilled Development etc.
He has a profound expertise in talent search and his leadership quality in combination with his keen interest in technological innovation, has led him to forth come with technologies in current recruitment life cycles and advisory services, which has helped to multiply the efforts of the clients, candidates and consultants, thus establishing Fortify Analytics Ltd as solid entity in the consulting niche.
