We do both fixed price/rate or time and materials contracts.
FIXED RATE CONTRACT: Depending on the scope of the project, we typically develop a not-to-exceed cost estimate which we provide to you as contract before beginning any work. This allows you to have a defined budget with no surprises.
TIME and MATERIALS CONTRACT: This type of contracts are more appropriate for short-term consulting projects or projects that are more urgent.
In some case, consulting project may have varying length of time and thus the rates based on a number of factors including:
• Business needs and challenges
• Material needs & Budget
• Size of the organization or team
• Scope of the consulting project

The locational base of our clients, services and service quality has seen consistent growth over the years of operation. We are now working with clients all over Cameroon, Economic and Monetary Community of Central Africa (CEMAC) region, Nigeria, Ivory Coast, Republic of Benin, China, India, Ireland and Germany.

This initial consultation is not a sales call, we want to provide full transparency to who we are as a company and have an open dialogue with you to determine how we might help your business. No!, but we has a team of small business strategists and business growth experts who can help entrepreneurs develop all the key elements needed for a strong business plan, however the actual writing of the business plan is not one of our provided services.

The working terms of our company are defined in the contract provided to our client with fixed and flexible or nagotiable terms agreed upon between us or our partnerts and clients.
