Ferdinand
L. Mony is a Legal Consultant with about a decade of
experience in corporate legal consulting and the Legal
Advisor of our company. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in
Tax and Corporate Law from the University of Potsdam,
Germany with expertise in German Tax Law, International Tax
Law, Accounting, International Company Law, German corporate
Law, Intellectual property Law and Cartel Law. He is also an
expert in trade negotiations and contracts, particularly in
the area of natural resource exploration and exploitation.
